Discount contracts for sale

We offer several contracts for sale at over 75% off of retail value.  You can purchase a quality timeshare, free of any loans.  Vacation Internationale offers 41 resorts and a flexible point system with up to 3 years to use points.  It's a great system for vacationing.  We own all the contracts listed that aren't specifically noted as ads.

My Experience with Vacation Internationale

When I first considered a timeshare, I was apprehensive because I didn't understand how it worked, and I didn't want to pay for something that either would cost me more than it was worth or that I wouldn't use and enjoy.  In over 25 years of ownership, I have to say I'm as impressed as I could be with every aspect of the program.  The reservation process is smooth and flexible.  The staff is friendly and efficient.  The units are well maintained and the onsite staff has been very helpful and friendly as well.  We are keeping enough points to allow us and our friends to vacation for over 3 months each year.

Who should buy?

Who should buy Vacation Internationale?  Someone who would like to vacation at least every 3 years at condominiums owned by VI and would like flexibility and appreciate a savings of 35%-80% over what it would cost them to book direct.

Why buy from us?

Our prices are very competitive.  They are a fraction of what Vacation Internationale and other owners are asking.  Why?  Because, I've learned in life that being reasonable and fair in what I ask and what I pay for things makes everything go so much more smoothly and that the person on the other side of the transaction is happy about it years later.  There is no escrow or other extra closing fee attached to any of our transactions.  VI charges a closing fee that is typically $300.  All contracts listed below require $150 transfer fee (1/2) to be paid by the buyer.

About us

We are a reputable company, licensed to do business in the State of Washington as Vacation Internationale Resales.  I also have been a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Washington since 1977.

The owners of each of those contracts listed in the ad has provided us with a copy of their contract information for verification of accuracy.  We own many of the contracts listed below

We also rent out our additional time and last minute rental bonus time.

Vacation Internationale

Please visit the Vacation Internationale (VI) website prior to making a purchase so you can view the different properties and be familiar with what you will own.

Vacation International's chain of 41 resorts offers a wealth of exciting vacation opportunities! From the resorts in Hawaii located on multiple islands, to mountain retreats such as Elkhorn in Sun Valley Idaho and Leavenworth, Ocean properties along the West Coast, to Mexican resorts such as Vallarta Torre and Torres Mazatlan, Vacation Internationale provides many options in vacation ownership. A point system allows full weeks or single night stays allowing you to tailor your vacation to suit your needs.  VI can also be exchanged and hundreds of resorts through RCI and II.  There are extra fees associated with exchanges.

A typical timeshare will allow you to stay for one or more weeks a year at a specific location or you can choose to trade for similar properties.  With VI, you choose your location and preferred dates of travel up to a year in advance.  You may stay for as little as one day, or for as many days as points you have available.  See the map link below for more explanation.

Resort Locations

With many places to choose from, you're sure to find somewhere exciting to take your next vacation! Please go to Resort Map for a map showing you all the resorts on the program.  In addition, being a Vacation Internationale owner allows you to exchange through Interval Internationale and RCI.

The Point System

When you purchase at Vacation Internationale, you purchase a contract for a particular number of points.  You can own as little as 77 points every other year or as many as you'd like on an annual basis.  The point system works very smoothly.  Each year you receive the number of points that you purchased.  Those points are automatically banked so you can use them over a period of 3 years.  So, for example if you owned 105 points, you could save up to 315 points at a time before needing to use them.  If you were to go to Hawaii for example and stay in a 1 bedroom at High Season (the most popular season), you could choose to go a week a year, 2 weeks every 2 years, or 3 weeks every 3 years or any combination.  Below are options as to how you could use 315 points over a period of 3 years.

Seasons

High Season:  The most popular months cost the most.  These would typically be winter months in Hawaii, Palm Springs and summer months on the East and West Coast of mainland USA.

Mid Season:    These are mid range in popularity.

Low Season:    The least popular months cost the least.  These would typically be summer months in Hawaii, Palm Springs and winter months on the East and West Coast of mainland USA.

Maintenance Fees

The maintenance fees for 2019/2020 are $7.98 per point.  I stayed at Valley Isle often and am so pleased at how VI has used our money to take care of the units.  The entire unit was remodeled and refurnished to high standards and quality.  We stayed in a 1 bedroom, which cost 15 points a night, which is 105 points per week.   The total cost of maintenance fees for this amount of ownership is 105 times $7.85 or about $805.  The same condo, if rented even through an owner directly would have cost $1,550 a week plus tax or about $1,800 with tax and fees.  You'll find examples under the scenarios below what the cost of renting outside of Vacation Internationale can be.

All the maintenance fees are paid to date on each of these contracts.  All the contracts have points ready to use.  At the below prices, there are no additional prior year banked points included.

Procedure for Sale

You decide which contract you wish to purchase.  I will provide you with a purchase and sale agreement setting out the details of the contract along with the contract number which we will then both sign.  Normally I take a 5-10% deposit at the time of signing.  I then contact Vacation Internationale and let them know I am selling the contract to you.  It takes them about 1 week to prepare the closing paperwork.  If you are local (Western Washington), we can trade the paperwork for final payment.  If you are not, we will make other arrangements for both our protection.  Vacation Internationale is located in Bellevue, Washington.

If you are purchasing a contract that we are advertising, we will receive a deposit from you equal to our ad fee.  Then we will put you into direct contact with the owner.  We will provide the purchase and sales contract that we use and you may choose to use it understanding that we are not attorneys and provide it only as what we use.  If you and the seller are able to meet in person, you would provide the seller with payment acceptable to the seller, probably a cashier's check, and the seller will give you a seller signed closing document prepared by VI.

If you and the seller are in different locations which does not allow a personal meeting and either of you has concern about sending money or receiving a signed contract, we will act as a middleman at no cost.  We are not acting as an escrow agent.  The seller signs the VI provided agreement and e-mails it to us.  They buyer pays the seller.  Once the seller notifies us that they have received funds, we send the signed document to the buyer and VI.

Available Contracts for Sale (list is below)

As I mentioned, I have more contracts than I need.  It doesn't matter to me which ones I keep or sell.  The information on each of the contracts and the prices are listed below.  If you've looked for a VI timeshare, you'll find these to be very reasonable prices.  I went to two websites that offer several Vacation Internationale properties for sale and listed every ad and the details.  There are three websites listed below that have much higher pricing than ours.

The best priced property still had a cost per point per remaining year of $1.60.  Other than one low priced every other year contract at $1.74, my contracts for sale range from $1.20 to $1.68.  The cost per point per year is the most important number to look at to get a good value for your money.  These are excellent values.  I purchased these from other owners and didn't pay full retail for the points so I'm able to sell them reasonably as well.

You will also find some contracts below owned by other owners.  They have agreed to pay an ad fee if they find a buyer through our site.  Those contracts are noted by "Ad" in the right column.  We have confirmed ownership and the accuracy of the length and number of points by having the owners send us a copy of what is on their VI account.
